1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the spin6 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all users of the spin6 platform regardless of how you access it — via desktop browser, mobile browser, or the spin6 app available from the Download page.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the spin6 platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a spin6 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You must be located in the Philippines or an eligible jurisdiction at the time of accessing the platform.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or similar restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gaming.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any other person or entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a spin6 employee or contractor.

spin6 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Accounts found to be operated by persons under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one spin6 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is a violation of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any of your details change.

spin6 reserves the right to verify the information provided during registration at any time. This may include requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, or other documents as part of standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

You are responsible for ensuring that your account credentials are kept confidential. spin6 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on spin6 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). spin6 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and there is no currency conversion applied to your account balance at any stage.

Accepted deposit methods include InstaPay bank transfer from major Philippine banks (including BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and Security Bank), GCash, Maya, and online or mobile banking. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and will be clearly stated on the Deposit page. Deposits are generally reflected in your spin6 balance promptly following confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed back through the same local channels used for deposits where possible. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you are required to complete KYC verification by providing valid identification and supporting documents as requested. spin6 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any withdrawal request.

spin6 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank, e-wallet provider, or third-party payment processor once funds have been released from the spin6 platform.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on spin6 are subject to the specific rules of the game or event on which the bet is placed, in addition to these general Terms. It is your responsibility to understand the rules applicable to any bet before placing it.

Bets are only confirmed once they have been accepted by the spin6 system and a confirmation reference has been issued. spin6 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a system error, manifest pricing error, or any other technical fault that resulted in odds or outcomes being displayed incorrectly.

For sports betting, including basketball (PBA, NBA), volleyball, boxing, football, and esports markets, the following general rules apply:

• Bets placed after an event has commenced may be voided at spin6's discretion.
• In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or suspended fixture, spin6's individual sport rules will determine how affected bets are settled.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the bet placement interface.
• spin6 reserves the right to limit or restrict betting on specific markets for any player at its sole discretion.

For casino games including slots, live dealer games, eBingo, and online poker, each game's specific rules are displayed within the game interface. These rules govern how winnings are calculated and how special game features operate.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

spin6 offers promotions and bonuses to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is made available.

General principles that apply to all spin6 promotional offers:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria are stated on each individual offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated per offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• spin6 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion before it is withdrawn will not be affected by the withdrawal of that specific offer.
• Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any form of bonus exploitation — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to account suspension.

spin6 does not guarantee any specific return or outcome from participation in any promotion. All promotional activity involves genuine financial risk, and no promotional offer constitutes a promise of winnings.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the spin6 platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Operating more than one account, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including poker or sports betting syndicates operating against the platform's interests.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge or any form of non-public information that could influence the outcome.
• Attempting to reverse transactions through your bank or payment provider without first raising the matter with spin6 support (chargebacks).

spin6 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During any investigation, the account and its funds may be placed on hold pending the outcome.

8. Account Security

spin6 employs SSL encryption across the entire platform to protect data in transit. Account access is protected by password authentication and OTP (one-time password) verification for sensitive actions including withdrawals and password changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered contact number or email. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact spin6 support immediately. spin6 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials or failed to report the issue promptly.

spin6 will never ask you to provide your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from spin6 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

9. Privacy

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by spin6 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy.

spin6 collects personal information necessary to operate the platform, process transactions, carry out identity verification, and comply with applicable requirements. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Responsible Gaming

spin6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes player wellbeing seriously. Online gaming is intended to be a form of entertainment — not a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties. All gaming on the spin6 platform carries genuine financial risk, and no outcome is ever guaranteed.

spin6 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain a reliable and consistently available service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, spin6 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage arising from your use of the spin6 platform.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension or forfeiture resulting from prohibited conduct.
• Delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers outside spin6's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms limits spin6's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12. Changes to These Terms

spin6 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
